The workshop on Community-Scaled Solar Dome for rice farmers

On 15th December 2020, Asian Development College for Community Economy and Technology (adiCET), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University led by Dr. Chayanon Sawatdeenarunat, held the workshop on how to deploy the community-scaled solar dome for tea producers in Yuwa Sub-district, San Patong District, Chiang Mai. This workshop was a part of the Integrated Smart Management Platform: Water-Energy-Food Nexus Approach for Smart Green Campus project, which was cooperated by adiCET and the Office of Naval Research, United States. It aimed at enhancing the rice farmers to utilize renewable energy in the rice drying process. The solar dome used in this project was developed by applying the knowledge in the community energy course of graduate students in the community energy and environment program.
