On May 9, 2023, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chatree Maneekosol, Acting President of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University presided over the opening ceremony of the Reinventing University Project for the Fiscal Year 2023, Driving the Creative Economy with the aim for spatial development for higher education institutions at Eurng Aiyares Conference Room, 5th Floor, Faculty of Management Science Building, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Wiang Bua Center. At this event, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Watcharapong Watanakul, Vice President of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, together with Asst. Prof. Dr.Supalerk Taraphitaxwong, Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, and administrators and faculty members of the Faculty of Management Sciences were honored at this event and welcomed Ms. Yupa Chandee, Chiang Mai District Developer, executive of the Provincial Community Development Office of Chiangmai, President of OTOP, Muang Chiang Mai District, and OTOP entrepreneurs participating in the project.
Reinventing University Project for Fiscal Year 2023 Driving the Creative Economy for spatial development for higher education institutions held as a result of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University receiving support from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation to carry out the project to enhance the creative smart community with the mechanism of driving from the university to the community (The Development of Creative Smart Community driven by Innovation and Lifelong Learning University). It is joint budget support to transform the work of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University and Government Sectors in Chiang Mai to promote and develop community entrepreneurs, especially enterprise entrepreneurs and OTOP entrepreneurs.
