OGOP Model II Project, the workshop on “Product Processing: Vegetarian Chili Paste and Roasted Schezwan Pepper”

On 5th December 2020, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University and Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) jointly held the workshop on “Product Processing: Vegetarian Chili Paste and Roasted Schezwan Pepper” for Yangtse Gewon community, Trashi Yangtse province, the Kingdom of Bhutan, as a part of the OGOP Model II Project.

This workshop was held via Zoom online application, lectured by Dr. Thita Soontornwipat, lecturer of Organic Agriculture Innovation program, Department of Technology and Agricultural Development, Faculty of Agricultural Technology,  and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nasit Punyoyai, lecturer of Science and Food Technology program, Department of Agriculture Industrial, Faculty of Agricultural Technology at Agricultural Product Processing Building, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.
