The CMRU Green Road Project joined under the concept “From Plastic to Fabric”

On 9th November 2021, Mr. Yunyong Muneemongkoltorn, the Managing Director of EPSON (THAILAND) Company Limited, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wechsawan Lakas, and the Green Road Project of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, jointly cooperated by making tote bags from recycled materials and giving out by exchanging with plastic bags from officers of many companies in Bangkok under the concept “From Plastic to Fabric”, and in response to the policy of the plastic bag ban from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, which was effective from 1st January 2021 onwards. After receiving plastic bags, the Green Road Project of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University would separate and transform it to concrete blocks for paving the activity areas and sidewalks in the temples in Chiang Mai.
