On April 8, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Somsak Boonjaeng, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, presided over the opening speech for the program 'Alumni Development: Meeting, Exchange, Learning, and Knowledge Sharing for Alumni of the Faculty of Science and Technology.' The theme of the program was 'Exam Preparation for General Knowledge (Section A)' organized by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC). The event took place at the Eungkam Meeting Room, 3rd floor of Building 27, Ratchaphat Chiang Mai University.
The Faculty of Science and Technology recognized the importance of nurturing knowledge for its alumni. Therefore, they organized training for OCSC's General Knowledge (Section A) examination. The training was conducted by four speakers:
1. Mr. Sirires Jakgraeo, a lecturer at Chiang Mai Technical College, delivered a lecture on 'Preparation for the Written Exam in English.'
2. Mr. Netcharach Inthalaa, a mathematics teacher and head of the registration department at Rattanakosin Phatthanakun School, spoke on 'Preparation for the Written Exam in Mathematics.'
3. Mr. Komwan Pannui, a Thai language teacher at Rungruern School, discussed 'Preparation for the Written Exam in Thai.'
4. Mr. Isara Katmar, Deputy Head of the Academic Affairs Department at Rungruern School, presented on 'Preparation for the Written Exam in Civil Servant Regulations.'
A total of 35 alumni attended the training program.
