Solar Drying Workshop for Community Enterprise of Phraphutthabat Si Roi

On 1st September 2563, Asian Development College for Community Economy and Technology (adiCET), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University led by Dr. Chayanon Sawatdeenarunat along with the adiCET staff held the Solar Drying Workshop for community enterprise of Phraphutthabat Si Roi, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai. This workshop aimed to enhance production using renewable energy and to build a community learning center focused on renewable energy in order to improve people's quality of life and lower the energy costs for community enterprises. It was held as a part of the Integrated Smart Management Platform: Water-Energy-Food Nexus Approach for Smart Green Campus project, which was cooperated by adiCET and the Office of Naval Research, United States. The solar dome was given to the community enterprise for drying the community products at the end of the workshop.
