On 22nd February 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Chatree Maneekosol, the Acting President of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (CMRU), together with the CMRU administrators and faculty members welcomed Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, the Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and the delegation at 702 kW Solar Learning Center Building, Asian Development College for Community Economy and Technology (adiCET), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Mae Rim campus. On this occasion, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, the Director-General of TICA, and the delegation paid a visit to Chiang Mai province to meet and discuss with CMRU administrators and faculty members and to follow up on the implementation cooperation under the project for sustainable development of model communities based on the applied philosophy of sufficiency economy for the OGOP community of the Kingdom of Bhutan, and to study the mock green community work under the name "Chiang Mai World Green City and Smart Community", as well as to discuss the guidelines for implementing in other areas of cooperation and recommendations for further cooperative development between the two parties.
During this visit, the Director-General of TICA and the delegation had visited the learning resources in the university, such as the OGOP exhibition, Smart Doi learning management games, ECOA products, smart energy-agriculture learning module, and the center of sufficiency economy and new theory agriculture.
