Chiang Mai Rajabhat University signed MOU with the Tobacco Authority of Thailand

On 2nd September 2020, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Praphan Thammachai, Acting President of Chiang Mai Rajabhat University signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Agricultural Research and Research for Tobacco, Hemp, Cannabis, and Other Economic Crops Development with Tobacco Authority of Thailand.
