The Faculty of Science and Technology imparted knowledge on 'Green Energy and Quality of Life Development' to Teacher Rak(Thin) scholarship students from the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.

Associate Professor Dr. Somsak Boonjaeng, Deputy Dean for Administration and Student Affairs, along with Assistant Professor Phanupong Mankeed, a lecturer in the Department of Physics and General Science, Mr. Pongsan Charoenta, an educational officer, Mr. Jaturonn Somboonchai, an educational officer, and Mr. Theerapan Sae-Song, a scientist from the Faculty of Science and Technology, served as speakers for the topic 'Green Energy and Quality of Life Development' to a group of 54 Teacher Rak(Thin) scholarship students from the Faculty of Education. The event included the following activities:

1) Field trip to observe electricity production from solar cells at IEC Company and biogas production at UAC Company.
2) Installation and operation of solar cells.
3) Installation and operation of solar energy oven.
4) Usage of biochar ovens for practical applications.

The purpose of this program was to equip the students with knowledge, skills, and experience that they can use for their own benefit, as well as for their schools and communities. The program was organized by the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, and took place from March 28 to March 30, 2023, at the Department of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Mae Rim Campus.
