On June 16, 2023, the Asian Institute of Technology and Technology for Community Development (adiCET) at Chiang Mai Rajabhat University shared knowledge about green cities with a study tour group from the Y.M.C.A. Foundation for Northern Development. This foundation is a private organization that works in community development, energy conservation, and environmental preservation. They conducted a training called "YMCA Green Ambassador Training," with representatives from various faculties, staff, and volunteers of the foundation, totaling 30 participants. The purpose of the study tour was to gain insights into addressing issues related to climate change and the environment. During this visit, they explored topics related to green community development, virtual learning about renewable energy, innovations, green accommodation, waste management, and environmentally friendly business promotion.
