Juntendo University and CMRU under the Senior Volunteer Project Jointly Improve the Health-Care of Elderly
On 4th – 15th September 2019, Faculty of Science and Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Juntendo University, and Mae Hia Municipality jointly conducted survey into health-care of elderly for improving the quality of elderly’s life in long term based on the participation of community and for strengthening the capacity of elderly’s health-care in Chiang Mai. This study leaded by Dr. Saiyud Moolphate, a lecturer of Public Health Department who was responsible for research studies by using the research model. The 2,000 elderly in the community were took part of health assessment. The functional training and the CIIC center were established for 18 months for improving the health-care of elderly and using of other related information to set up the policy to prepare for supporting elderly society in Mae Hia community.
