The workshop on community-scaled solar dome for tea producers

On 18th December 2020, Asian Development College for Community Economy and Technology (adiCET), Chiang Mai Rajabhat University led by Dr. Chayanon Sawatdeenarunat, held the workshop on how to deploy the community-scaled solar dome to tea producers in Mae Win district, Mae Wang, Chiang Mai, This workshop was a part of the Integrated Smart Management Platform: Water-Energy-Food Nexus Approach for Smart Green Campus project, which was cooperated by adiCET and the Office of Naval Research, United States. It aimed at enhancing the Gurmar tea producers to utilize renewable energy in the tea leaf drying process. The solar dome used in this project was developed by applying the knowledge in the community energy course of graduate students in the community energy and environment program.
