The Center of Excellence for Cannabis and International Organic Agriculture (ECOA, CMRU), in collaboration with the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, organized an activity titled "Cocoa Production and Processing" for students from the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The students participated in a lecture on cocoa production and processing, followed by a demonstration of cocoa processing. The lecture was conducted by Associate Professor Dr. Wisnee Supradit-aratporn, the Deputy Director of the Center of Excellence for Cannabis and International Organic Agriculture, faculty members from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, and Miss Warataya Kunra, a staff member of the Center of Excellence for Cannabis. The event took place on July 25, 2023, at the agricultural processing facility of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, Mae Rim Campus.
