The Workshop on ‘Coffee mixed with Chiang Da Extract’
On 15th October 2020, Food Science and Technology major, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, led by Ajarn Apirada ponpunnawit and Asst. Prof. Dr. Naksit Panyoyai together with 4th year students held the workshop training and advised the beverage innovation on “Coffee mixed with Chiang Da Extract”. This workshop was held according to the Salaung community development project for the Setthi Ruea Thong organic farming community enterprise at Moo 3 Saluang Sub-district, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai at Agricultural Product Processing Building, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University. The workshop aimed to provide academic services to the community and develop product quality in the community, and to create occupation and income for the sustainable community.
